Back To School With The Pattern Patter Team

It's those words that every kid hates!  "Back to School!"  School starts this week where I live!  So unfair!  I'm glad I'm not a kid. :)  Maybe you can make it a little less painful for your tykes with some fun back to school patterns from the Pattern Patter Team?

  1. Great ideas! I love the vintage little girls' outfits - pleated skirts or full skirts. My students always wore jeans - and school started August 1st here. So very glad that I don't have to go - retirement is so much more relaxing.....

  2. Cute. I love the girl's tunic and drew with the front pocket!!

  3. Fun...I do think little ones are cute in slightly more dressed-up looks. I remember wearing a skirt to first grade (but I had shorts on underneath so no one could see my knickers on the jungle gym!).

  4. Love the looks. My daughter starts preschool this year and all she wants are dresses and skirts. Spending a lot more time at the sewing machine these days since she has been going through my pattern stash.

  5. Thank goodness I sew as my daughter never liked anything in the "back to school" clothing sections of our local stores. Multi sized patters are great as favorite styles can grow with your child. :)

  6. I loved getting new shoe shoes when I was much younger!
