This put me on the hunt for other little girl's dress that had fun details like yokes, collars and interesting seaming. I put together a cute treasury of all my finds.
Do you like to sew little girl's dresses? I find it's easier because the pieces are so much smaller and fitting isn't as big of an issue as it is for a full grown woman.
Em, it's beautiful! I love sewing vintage dress patterns, they seem so much nicer than modern ones. I've made a few for my granddaughter, and hope to make more for the coming summer.(if it ever gets here!) I'm off to read your blog post!

ReplyDeleteI made almost all my daughter's clothes when she was a toddler. Mostly from vintage patterns which I have saved hoping to one day have a grand daughter to sew for!
